I received my Master’s in Public Relations from Ball State University in 2018, CEPR accredited. I served as an account manager for Ball State's Department of Journalism for my graduate assistantship for the outreach coordinator, Kimberley Green.
Part of my graduate assistantship responsibilities were to fully launch the digital agency. I was responsible for orchestrating, implementation, execution and measuring effectiveness for large scale campaigns for each client. My duties included leading a team in the implementation of B2B integrated marketing campaigns, maintained regular measurement of KPIs to ensure maximum target audience penetration, served as a representative at 4 international journalism exhibitions across the country (JEA, NSPA, and PRSSA), instructed undergraduate journalism courses, and presented my research on the conference level.
I was a leader in marketing for the Department of Journalism and BSU as a whole. I was responsible for major digital marketing campaigns at the University level; print, video, and social media. Utilizing all tools to enhance the overall brand for BSU. My images are still utilized to support online and print branding/advertisement (2022), leading to immeasurable impressions and reach since graduating in 2018.
Our department traveled all over the country to speak with prospective students about the BSU experience. From professional work to fun opportunities, we became a family!

Marketing Collateral for Ball State Journalism Summer Workshops, a week long event where ~300 high school students stay on campus and utilize the same state-of-the-art facilities, classrooms and technology that degree-seeking students use.
Serving as a leader for Ball State University at international journalism conventions, required my presence. I was the "Face" for my department across all social media channels, online, and at conventions. My unique set of responsibilities included social media management, outreach marketing, increasing campaign engagement and strategic planning. I am easily make long-lasting impressions with people from a diverse set of backgrounds.

I designed over 200+ pieces of print and digital marketing collateral. Snap chat filters, social media cover photos, content, website design, magazines, etc... all were tools I utilized to impact behaviors, attitudes, and perceptions of target audiences. Designing so many different pieces required adaptability in my skill set, utilizing photography, graphic design, videography for digital story telling.
